Supplier files to a clean Shopify import
Status: ShippedA converter that turns a supplier price list into Shopify's product CSV, with a QA report that accounts for every row.

The problem
Supplier price lists arrive as messy spreadsheets that Shopify's import trips over.
Who it's for
Shops and distributors that load supplier catalogues into Shopify.
What I built
A converter that reads a supplier file (XLSX, CSV or text-based PDF) and writes Shopify’s product CSV. A QA report accounts for every source row.
How it works
It splits and groups variants, restores leading zeros and catches barcodes that Excel cut short. It never guesses digits or prices: anything it can’t be sure of is listed for you to decide.

Demo data. The QA report from a real run on a synthetic supplier file.
Demo data. A walk through a real run.
Results
390 automated tests pass. In a test import into a Shopify development store: 39 products, 166 variants, 3,368 fields, 0 non-blank mismatches.
